Competency Evaluations
The following evaluation is provided to faculty to assist in the evaluation of SAHE students. The outlined professional competencies help to gauge students' growth towards completion of professional goals and the SAHE program. At the start of each semester students are asked to evaluate themselves based on their perceived growth and needed areas of improvement. At the close of each semester faculty and supervisors are asked to complete these evaluations to provide a comprehensive overview of students' growth.
Please evaluate the student based on competencies that relate to your particular course. Space is provided after each individual competency for comments. There is also an optional sheet at the end of this form for overall section comments. Thank you for your help in this process.
